Alternative compliance flange through 2013 (carb holder)

Compliance flange for holding the carburetor or throttle body to the engine. Works on all Urals through 2013. We probably wouldn’t use it with the 2014-2015 throttle bodies.

These do wear out over time, and Ural recommended regular replacement. We say replace them if you have a vacuum leak (or think you do).

You also need to replace the paper intake gasket at the same time.
