Bearing nut gasket (and oil filter o-ring) aftermarket

This is a non-OEM version of the o-ring used to seal the final drive's input bearing nut to the case body. We also sell the OEM verison.

It's also used on 2013 and earlier Urals (including 650cc engines) to seal the nut that holds the oil filter cartridge in place. (Okay maybe that's a bolt, or a cover. Ural calls it a "plug assembly".)

Anyway this is an NBR o-ring of durometer 70 that's real close to being the same size as the originals, and it's a few bucks cheaper and works fine. (If you're really curious, this aftermarket o-ring is sold to us as a 56.74 x 3.53mm o-ring.)

If you're really bored, NBR is short for nitrile butadiene, and it's also called Buna-N or just Buna and sometimes "standard nitrile." It has "excellent resistance to petroleum-based oils and fuels, water and alcohols." It's pretty common stuff for o-rings and oil seals.
