Brake Rotor Bolt (DIN 912 M8 x 16)

M8 x 1.25 thread pitch, 16 mm long. Class 12.9. Zinc-plated steel.

Takes a 6 mm socket driver (Allen key). 

Used to attach the front brake rotor to the hub spacer. Definitely use medium-strength thread retaining compound (e.g. Loctite) prior to installation. Torque spec is 30 Nm (22 ft-lb).

Earlier Urals used button-head bolts for this application. They look nice, but the heads only take an M5 socket head tool, and as a result the heads strip out easily.

You'll need 6 if you want to replace all of them.
