Urals with the Keihin CVK carburetors are meant to have a guard mounted to them that keeps the operator from getting tangled in the throttle cam on the right side of the carb. This is that guard.
Installation requires a couple of short M6 x 1.0 screws. Let us know if you need the screws with it.
I really shouldn't have to say this, but the carburetor is not included. It's in the photos to help you see how the guard goes on.
