This is the seal that fits onto the clutch actuating rod. Same part for all Urals 2010 and later (and it should go further back than that).
It is an absolute bastard to install, so you probably don't really want to do this. you're going to need to find something in your shop to spread the inside diameter of this seal larger, so as to slip it over the end of the rod and onto the skinny section of the rod. You can lubricate it with silicon spray or a drop of gear oil or probably some grease. If you cannot abide frustration, buy the whole rod assembly (if we have any in stock).
