Cylinder head cover stud through 2018

All the 750 engines through 2018 use a stud to hold the valve cover to the cylinder head itself. The most common problem with these is that the threads in the cylinder head get stripped out. Fix those using a HeliCoil or TimeSert thread repair kit, "commercially available."

This is the nicer stud that came out in 2018 and was discontinued once the 2019 engine came out. Funny, right?

But it's got M8 x 1.25 threads on both ends, with 55 mm of protrusion from the head, same as the more generic old studs. Plus this one has fancy "Precote" thread locker, so it shouldn't move by accident, once you've installed it fully.
