Hollow, black-painted tube threaded M12 x 1.75 on each end. This is the shorter turn signal stem, intended for use at the left-front of the motorcycle.
Can you use it at the rear? Sure! It might not be DOT-legal like that due to having too little separation from the tail/brake light, but it seems unlikely anyone will care.
