Gearshift Pedal Pad

If you upshift using your toe, this probably came off the front of the gearshift pedal. Upshift with your heel and you'll get fewer false neutrals between gears. Trust me on this.

Use some glue when you install this and it should stay in place longer.

And upshift with your heel! If your ankle and knee can handle it, it's worth teaching yourself the habit.
