Headlight rubber pad

Ural calls this "bolt washer pad," and it fits between the headlight shell and the mounting ear on the front forks.

If you need this, it's probably because one of them fell off when you turned your head in the garage. Don't worry, you'll find the original a couple days after you install the new one.
