The is the nice-looking OEM oil filter. Sometimes you get lucky and the "URAL" logo is visible from the left side of the bike (or right if you're in Australia or the UK I guess). But don't over-tighten it just to make the logo visible.
The pictogram instructions are fairly clear, but do smear a drop of fresh oil on the gasket before spinning the filter on. And then spin it on until it makes contact, then tighten it with your hand about 3/4 of a turn.
Be sure to pick off the gasket of the old filter first, if it happens to have stuck to the engine.
