Yes, that's the price for one gasket, and you'll want two to do both sides of the engine. But these last way longer than all the other options, especially if you treat them with just a little care. (The price went way up in late 2025 when Ural re-stocked; we're still under the new MSRP but higher than the old MSRP.)
Be sure to install this with the curved edge up, otherwise it will leak and you'll wonder why. (Don't ask us how we know, we just know, okay?)
Torque spec is 2.5 Nm per bolt (1.8 ft-lb or 22.1 in-lb) This is less than the 12 Nm specification when using the cork-rubber gasket, which is the spec in your owner's manual.
The first valve cover (head cover) gasket for the 2019 engine was a perforated-core graphite gasket, and it was amazingly expensive and would frequently split apart when removing the valve cover, requiring lots of scraping and so forth.
They replaced it with cork-rubber, and those ones can survive several re-uses.
There is an aftermarket, flat-cut silicone rubber gasket that lacks a spine, and if you over-torque the bolts, those will split. Plus they require the surfaces to be totally cleaned of oil, otherwise the gasket squirms out and leaks or splits or both.
And then Ural came out with this reinforced silicone rubber gasket, and we love it.
