This is the fancy-looking bolt for securing the 2019 and later valve covers to the cylinder head. The upper two bolts are the long ones like this, while the lower two bolts are shorter, as shown in the comparison photo.
The only real reason to replace these is if the socket head has been stripped out -- or perhaps from crash damage to the exposed side of the engine.
