Heavy duty tube for all Urals with 19" wheels.

Arguably you shouldn't run heavy duty (HD) tubes at interstate speeds, so if you mostly ride on the highway, consider standard duty tubes.

Officially listed as fitting tire sizes 110/90-19, 120/80-19, and 120/90-19. You can argue with me that 4.00-19 is a little smaller than those, but this is the size we use here.
