This is a good quality copy of a Yamaha manual fuel valve. Fits any Ural with the 2-bolt mounting design on the gas tank, so 2007-2013. This is also what the big adapters are made for that you see on a lot of pre-2007 Urals.
Unlike the cheap copies on Amazon and eBay, this one has a legitimate 6 mm (1/4") fuel outlet. (That said, most Urals aren't actually using fuel any faster than the cheap ones can flow.)
In the "on" and "reserve" positions, it flows whether or not the engine is running, so you really need to turn it to the "off" position when you aren't riding.
I've used one of these on my 2006 Tourist for several years and it still operates smoothly and doesn't leak. If it ever does leak, it can be rebuilt pretty easily.
