Piston circlip for all Ural 750 engines -- this is the part that keeps the piston pin from sliding out and hurting the cylinder wall.
This replaces the easier-to-use old circlip 72-01239-01.
And since 72-01239 was used in the 650 engines, this IMZ-8.128-01239 should work in OHV Ural 650 engines, too. Or you can try re-using your old ones! We don't judge. (At least not when it's a roadside repair of a 650 engine...)
