Rear brake hose/cable clamp

This is the black metal clamp that bolts to the inside of the swingarm and comes up to help keep the brake hose and the parking brake cable from flappin' around.

While this IMZ-8.1040-27207-10 is technically different from IMZ-8.1040-27207, somehow or other, it will definitely work just fine on all 2015 and newer Urals with a rear hydraulic brake.  If you have a 2014, and you still have your original swingarm, then you probably don't have the threaded hole on the inside of the swingarm. So I guess add a cable tie or something? I reckon someone had trouble with a 2014, so they added this in 2015.
