Rim band, 19"

I know I know, how does this guy think a rim strap is worth this much money?!

Anyway, they are. Roughly 2 mm thick and an inch wide (we mix our units thank you very much), these rim bands are designed to handle the old Russian spoke nipples, which basically had 10mm wrench flats on them. They stuck up a fair bit, and they weren't rounded and easy-going like fancy modern spoke nipples. So these super-stout rim bands were the solution, instead of doubling-up on a wimpy thin cheap rim bands.
