Self tapping screw for Hayes brake brackets

If you have to replace your rear caliper, you'll need to swap the cable sheath stop and parking brake lever stop from the old to the new. And chances are fair that in removing those brackets, you'll break one or more of the four self-tapping screws that hold them down.

Or maybe that's just me because I used power tools in an attempt to save time. So it goes.

Anyway here's the replacement screw.
