On the Gear Up and other 2WD sidecar swingarms through model year 2019, you might at some point look at your sidecar wheel and think "the camber on that sure looks negative," as in it's leaned towards the sidecar. Besides the inboard tab welded to the swingarm frame bending towards the sidecar wheel, you'll also discover that this distance bushing has bent at the inboard end.

It looks a little weird, but I promise it ain't hurtin' nothin'. Here's what I wrote once about the cause: https://www.sovietsteeds.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=62607#p809874

Replacing this distance bushing and bending the aforementioned tab should temporarily fix the wheel tilt. A permanent fix is to upgrade to the 2020+ swingarm, which uses bearings. (Those swingarms are exceedingly rarely available, though, so the more available option is to machine things so as to use bearings. I'm no machinist, so you're on your own for that, I'm afraid. But let me know if you do it!)
