This is what Ural sells as a replacement spark plug wire and cap for the 2019+ bikes. They appear to be resistor core with simple rubber caps (branded with the IMZ factory logo).
I haven't needed to use any of these so far, so I don't have advice on how to go about removing your ignition coil's old wire. In theory you just pull and/or twist the old one out.
Wish they were cheaper, sorry about that!
