Clutch cable (through 2019)
Clutch cable (through 2019)
SKU:IMZ-8.1037-11032-08
Clutch cable for pretty much any Ural sold in North America up through the 2019 model year, using the steel clutch arm. Some of the 2020 bikes also use this cable, but later 2020's got the forged clutch arm and use the later version of the cable. This cable has two screw-and-locknut adjusters at the bottom: one threads into the clutch arm, while the other threads into the small cable mount on the gearbox.
Honestly, if you keep the cable and the barrel fitting at the top of the cable lubricated (inside the hand lever), a clutch cable should last a very long time. If you squeeze the clutch lever slowly and feel any creaking/sticking/popping/crunching whatsoever, stop what you're doing and lubricate immediately. Once a year is typically enough. (Easier, cheaper, and better-looking than the "trick" of zip-tying a second clutch cable alongside the existing one.) You can even get lazy and just spray some household lithium grease up in there if you're in a hurry. I've used a drop of oil from the engine's dipstick during a week-long trip that I was a tad underprepared for.
